Luxor 2 Days Sunrise Balloon Ride Tour
On the two-day trip to Luxor, you not only experience the fascinating world of ancient Egypt from the ground, but also float over the historical sights at sunrise on the second day.
On the first day you will visit the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Habu Ramses ll, the Colossi of Memnon and admire the mighty columns of the Karnak Temple with your private tour guide. On the second day, it's high. On the hot air balloon adventure, you can marvel at the vastness of the desert and the historic buildings of Luxor in the warm morning light as you soar across the sky. Tour Itinerary
You will be picked up from your hotel in an air-conditioned bus early in the morning and set off for Luxor. The four-hour drive takes you past the seemingly endless desert, huge farms and sugar plantations.
Arrived in Luxor, the guide will lead you through the tombs of the pharaohs in the Valley of the Kings and tell you the historical details. The tombs, which used to be filled with treasure, are covered with impressive hieroglyphs describing the lives of kings.
After visiting the Valley of the Kings, continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, who was the only female ruler in Egypt. The temple has an impressive architecture and beautiful murals on the inner walls.
On the way to the "East Bank", the eastern bank of the Nile, you can marvel at the Colossi of Memnon. The two gigantic statues proudly rise into the sky.
After lunch at a selected restaurant, you will continue to the largest most religious site ever built - the famous Karnak Temple. The temple complex was built over 2000 years ago by generations of pharaohs and is particularly fascinating because of the huge number of gigantic columns.
After a day full of unforgettable impressions, you will be driven to your booked hotel in Luxor.
The next day we start very early. You will be picked up between 4 and 5 in the morning. The early morning sun bathes the ancient landmarks of Luxor in a beautiful, warm light and you can admire everything from a bird's eye view.
After the 1-hour hot air balloon ride, your driver will take you back to the hotel in Luxor where you can collect your luggage. Then it's back to Hurghada with unforgettable memories.
